exactly: its called a "serious" interest in politics. not some illuminati, conspiracy theory bullshit rant. it would take me a page to counter many of his ill-informed prejudiced talking points he made. he's hopeless so whats the point. I admire a person's passion but he's gotta know the facts and how the game of politics is played.
schools and the criminal justice system are fucked up but in order to change them you have to do things in your life like obama is doing. you need money and power. who do you think will do more to change the status quo? obama, mccain or hillary? should be an easy question. in order to get to the top you have to play the game and pander to the white vote. it would not be feasible or conducive to success to have a strictly "black" agenda. the white vote will always decide the election. read about his life and his political views, don't just discount them because god forbid his dad is from Africa and he grew up around white people.

VOTE OBAMA (or you can not vote at all which will just empower other people to make decisions for you; or vote for ron paul since that will help the democratic candidate which will hopefully be Obama)

Why don't you read his speech where he said he would redeploy the troops to Pakistan and Afghanistan. Then go to his website and read about how he voted to reauthorize patriot act. not voting for the patriot act would have been political suicide at the time. if he did he wouldn't even be in the convo right now. you should know this. its how politics works. the media would have spun this to make him look "anti-American" and he wouldn't have a chance. many politicians were against it but voted for it because they saw how it would come out. you have to make sacrifices sometimes to achieve a greater good. change doesn't come all at once.
o yeah, and excuse obama for attempting to control the countries that are the breeding grounds for terrorists. a major issue in this election is being tough on terrorism (not important to me, but it is to many people) so not talking about military action would hurt him badly.
