he should have been arrested just for listening to lil boosie. he's awful; a poor man's Chrome from hypnotize minds and chrome's weak as it is. artists like this is why people feel the south and hip hop in general sucks. thank god i was able to grow up with much better southern rap than that garbage.

this video leaves many details out. how do we even know its a rap song. he didnt' give the title. fox likes to be racist in some of there videos. could have been a rock song but use the situation as a pretense to bash on rap and in turn attempt to make black people look bad. how dare these blacks offend this mother and young child type bs. fox has a special vendetta against ludacris b/c of the whole o'reilly stuff so it doesn't surprise me they'd be showing a clip of him. this looks like propaganda w/o any info about the song. i bet it wasn't a rap song until i can see or read more info.

that being said there are restrictions on free speech (u can't yell fire in a crowded theater). don't know what the guy was saying or the song but you can't go around saying whatever you please. Could have been profanity, incitement to violence, obscenity, possibly even sexual harassment depending on lines. likely won't go to trial or even be charged but you can be arrested for saying these things (they can twist it to say that you were addressing the female or child with violence, sexual comments, etc).

i guess they could twist it like that but you cant just be arrested for saying a curse word if its not directed at anybody thats a crock of shit i actually went back to foxnews and wrote them a message about it and told IMUS and who ever that they can suck my nuts and then told them that they should arrest me cause a child might read it
