SIDE BLOK ENTERTAINMENT was created in the summer of 2003 in EAST NEW YORK, BROOKLYN By BIG A.V., STAXX PAYSOS, CHUBBS, MEL MEISTY, YOUNG ASSHOLE, AND SHOWTIME in which they all hold equal stock and play major roles within the company to promote each other and artist under there wings. SHOWTIME AKA MR. METAPHOR and STAXX PAYSOS AKA PUNCHLINE PAYSOS two artist and CO-CEO'S of SIDE BLOK together make THE BLACKOUT BOYS and their intention is to follow in the footsteps of artist like JAY-Z, 50 CENT, EMINEM & YOUNG JEEZY and obtain a artist deal for them as a group but also independently promote and release their artists, STAXX who's lyrical skills go matched up by all other !!!TALENTED!!! punchline mixtape artist & hit making mainstream artist, knew that him and SHOWTIME solo were monster's but together had what it takes to Take the rap game over as a group of their own cause SHOWTIME who's lyrical skill's are equally matched to STAXX'S had stepped his rap game up tremendously in a brief amount of time and as far as hooks they got those for day's and now STAXX and SHOW together are going for those spots that were created by artist like the CLIPSE, A-TEAM, SMITH & WESSON, UGK, M.O.P, MOBB DEEP, ERIK B & RAKIM, EPMD and all other two man rap groups out there. Impressed by DEE a member of FIRE AND ICE MANAGEMENT he quickly spread news of the two to his fellow Management Staff and It's all History from there, their management handle's all aspects of their career from studio time to DVD SHOOTS, VIDEO CAMEO'S & COLLABORATIONS With Such artist as RU-SPITS (FIRE AND ICE/DUM-OUT) & MAYOR (FIRE AND ICE/DUM-OUT), BIG AV (SIDE BLOK/ANARCHY), CHUBBS (SIDE BLOK/ROAD 2 RICHES), MAZARADI FOX (G-UNIT/DUM-OUT), NICKI MINAJ (YUNG MONEY/CASH MONEY), S.A.S (DIPSET/EUROGANG), 40 CAL (DIPSET/SKEEM TEAM), With a mixture of crazy beats supplied by in house studio producers DOE BOY, DJ BIG TYME, RICK STEELE, BANG-OUT & JERM, the tracks that they cook up in the lab are flames, From there The Black Out Boys instanly clicked gaining recognition by Dj's throughout New York the first was Dj Watts followed by SKANKS THE RAP MARTYR OF L.C.N, DJ STUNNA, DJ BIG TYME, DJ ON POINT, SUPER STAR J, AND DJ SHAY & this is only the Beginning ladies & Gentlemen.
