General Meaning:
The most successful general is not the one that triumphs in battle, but the one who is able, through strength of a resolute discipline , to achieve victory without a massive amount of damage.
This is why for the effective leadership of any organization the key virtues are clarity, decisiveness and conscientiousness. The most effective team or partnership marches with a single purpose — a dedication to a common goal that is held dear by all.

I have been doing some marketing in more ways than one; while I am getting my Facebook profile together in order to connect with more "High School & College Students"--I have found a way to get more attention on my MySpace Page.
Starting last week, I began a special article/bulletin entitled "Are you Up; My-Space Music Playlist"--and basically I arrange a really cool playlist where all the songs have a relation to one another--but the highlight is giving well-known/popular aritist, along with artist that are trying to get signed or are still underground--a shout-out to their craft. It has been getting a whole lot of positive reviews thus far, and a lot of the "friends" that I probably never contacted have been reached in a more "relatable" tone.
Artist & Musicians alike excited about knowing that an "anonomys"--'EMPRESS OF BUSINESS' considers and respects their craft--and demands that all should view their work as well.
