WELCOME ALL TO THE OFFICAL MINORITY M.O.B. ENTERTAINMENT PAGE!
Minority M.O.B. Entertainment is a indie productions company formed in 2004 by & ran by: Jesse W. aka LOTUS (Living Off The Usual), and Mr. Waldo as C.E.O. and Manager. Minority M.O.B. entertainment was formed as a way to promote & market music to the entertainment industry & the public. The company has worked with promoting & distributing music by our inhouse producers & artist alike. Currently we have a catalog of music & working on two new album releases: M.O.B. Work Vol. I which has a March 3, 2008 release (Minority M.O.B. Entertainment Offical Group album) & BlackWorld which will be releasing: May 4, 2008 at all digital music stores. We also have beats for sale & production that were looking to further expose to television, film, and all other media. Also we have a two D.J.'s for hire that play varieties of music for booking for events, venues, birthday paries, etc......

LOTUS (Living Off The Usual) multi-talented Rap & Hip-Hop artist/ producer was born in the late 70's originates from the Bronx. While attending school he took up paralegal, business communication, marketing, accounting then continued to attending college where he was learning network administration while learning how to design flyers, writing poetry & song writing, album cover, posters (created on photoshop/ powerpoint programs), copyright, business & time management which he used to develop a plan to get his music out. LOTUS had seen the bigger picture, and learned a lot of tips from fellow producers working with him on how to create beats & work with music production programs (Reasons, Protools, Acid, Soundforge) and began to producing, engineer, and create his own beats, and creating his own catalog of songs & tracks to promote his talent, while copyrighting his songs, and lyrics then joining BMI as a songwriter. Then started to work on the development of his own company, the creation of Minority M.O.B. Entertainment, which he formed to promote his music & songwriting ability. He also started to develop internet marketing strategies (over 20 music sites on the internet promoting LOTUS music) for promoting his music and company online while working on a plan to shop his music for distribution, and advertising himself & fellow producers/ engineers. While doing this he started to meet other producers/engineers and worked on a lot of material that promotes his talents, and finished a total of nine albums. LOTUS has worked with various artist including his partners in production: A.I. Productions, Juxx-Diamondz, and performed in battles and open mics through out the New York area, writing songs, and has been on over 10 d.j. other mix-tapes and compilations cd's including Ron-G/ D.J. Ophax (France)/ D.J. Rooftop (RMH Ent. Europe)/ Joint One Radio (Cali/Japan) etc….
LOTUS is currently looking for further promotion/distribution of his music & production to all college radio stations/ film/ television/ movies/ A&R/ labels/ Music Publishers/ entertainment lawyers who maybe interested in helping us reach this goal. Also he's looking for further opportunity or placement on television/ film or any other media outlet that would help promote himself, music or all of his talents.
