peace. i mos def wanna write a kite and recommend some literature. If you can read this i heavily recommend studying buddism. it has helped me and isnt a religion but a way of thinking and viewing things. there is no god per se in this way of thinking/living so you can keep allah/jesus as your most high, whatever religion you claim. peace
